Scenic Spot Profiles

The project will focus on building a world tropical fruit germplasm resources center, a technology innovation center, an industrial demonstration center, an international exchange and cooperation center and a tourism consumption center. By strengthening the cooperation of scientific research institutes, we will introduce the global tropical fruit germplasm resources through multiple channels, and build a global tropical fruit germplasm resources center. We will develop and improve the introduced tropical fruit varieties, realize the upgrading of excellent varieties, develop internationally competitive superior varieties, and gradually expand the demonstration planting of excellent varieties, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of the tropical fruit industry. Relying on the window of world tropical fruits, build an international tropical fruit exchange and cooperation center, attract new varieties of tropical fruits and supporting talents, technology, facilities and equipment to show, exchange, promote and trade, and promote agricultural opening up and cooperation. With tropical fruits as the theme, we will create a tropical fruit "beautiful Village Meeting Room" to serve the Boao Forum for Asia. We will create shared farms, foster new industries and new forms of business that integrate customized production, picking and processing, sightseeing and popular science, promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism, build a 4A level tourist attraction, and build it into a world tropical fruit sightseeing resort. Through efforts, the project will become a demonstration site of rural revitalization and a benchmark of innovation of new tropical fruit industry of free trade port. Based on Qionghai, serving Hainan, radiating south China, extensive exchanges and cooperation for Belt and Road " countries, and deeply integrated into the 14th Five-Year Plan layout of Qionghai City.
